Petroleum Science Bulletin is an open-access journal. All content is published under the Creative Commons "Attribution-Non Commercial-No Derivatives 4.0 (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0)" license. All published articles will be immediately and permanently available for free reading and downloading on the journal’s official website upon publication.
1 Copyright Policy
1) Copyright Transfer: Authors warrant that they hold the full copyright of the manuscript and agree to sign the Copyright Transfer Agreement upon submission, granting Petroleum Science Bulletin the exclusive global copyright free of charge, including but not limited to: Print, electronic, multimedia, online, and other forms of publishing rights; Compilation, distribution, reproduction, information network dissemination, translation, and database indexing rights. If the manuscript is ultimately not accepted, the signed copyright transfer agreement becomes void, and all rights revert to the authors.
2) Authors’ Retained Rights: Authors retain the rights of attribution, revision, and academic use. The corresponding author serves as the representative copyright holder. The manuscript must not be republished in other journals (including print, CD-ROM, electronic, multimedia, or online media). If the article or its layout is reused in personal collections (e.g., webpages) or anthologies, the original source must be cited.

3 Online Access and Archiving Policy
* Immediate Open Access: All published articles are freely accessible and downloadable via the journal’s official website upon publication. Full texts are also available on platforms such as CNKI, Wanfang, Chaoxing, VIP, Bokan, Zhongyou Reading, and Xinhua Academic.
* Archiving: Articles are archived by the journal and submitted to the aforementioned platforms to ensure long-term accessibility.
* Self-Archiving: Authors may deposit the published version in personal academic websites or institutional repositories, provided that the publication information and CC BY-NC-ND 4.0 license are clearly stated.
